Daniel Or received professional training at the renowned international law firm Baker & McKenzie in the late 1980s. In 1992, he established his own law firm and has since gained extensive experience in private practice.

Mr. Or has extensive experience in commercial and civil litigation, frequently handling complex cases such as contract disputes, shareholders’ and directors’ disputes, as well as other business-related matters. He is dedicated to helping clients resolve disputes in a practical, cost-effective, and amicable manner, regularly participating in mediations and striving to achieve ideal settlement outcomes.

In addition to commercial litigation, Mr. Or also leads the Employees’ Compensation and Personal Injury Department. Since 1997, he has specialized in personal injury and insurance-related litigation, providing legal advice to clients and charitable organizations on matters including employee compensation liability, motor vehicle third party risks, and cross-border issues involving Mainland China and overseas. Mr. Or is skilled in handling complex and significant cases involving multiple parties, minors, mentally incapacitated persons, and substantial claims for damages.

Beyond his legal work, Mr. Or is actively involved in education and charitable services. He currently serves as a director of Evangel Seminary and Evangel College. He also provides legal advice to various churches and denominations (including the Evangelical Free Church of China), and serves as President of CityLab and HappyMan Foundation Limited, dedicated to supporting positive thinking among young people.

柯廣輝律師於1980年代末期在著名國際律師行 Baker & McKenzie 接受專業培訓。1992年，他創立了自己的律師事務所，並自此累積了豐富的私人執業經驗。

柯律師在商業及民事訴訟方面經驗豐富，經常處理複雜案件，包括合約爭議、股東及董事糾紛，以及其他商業相關爭議。他致力以務實、具成本效益及和解的方式協助客戶解決糾紛，且經常參與調解，並致力達成和解理想結果。

除商業訴訟外，柯律師亦領導僱員賠償及人身傷亡部門，自1997年起專注於人身傷亡及保險相關訴訟，為客戶及慈善機構就僱員索償責任、汽車第三者風險、涉及中國內地及海外的跨境問題等提供法律意見。柯律師擅長處理複雜且涉及多方、未成年人、精神無行為能力人士及巨額損害賠償的重大案件。

在法律工作以外，柯律師積極參與教育及慈善事務，現為播道神學院及播道書院董事。他亦為多間教會及宗派（包括中華基督教播道會）提供法律顧問服務，並擔任幸福實驗室及快樂人基金會有限公司會長，致力支援年青人正向思維。
